The 21 to my 21: Day 3

Sarahn Says – Day 3! I am finally starting to get adjusted to this vegan diet! I must admit I am enjoying it. I feel lighter on my feet and cooking my own meals has been a rewarding experience. Documenting my 21-day journey has been the most exciting part of my day (after hitting everything on my list-of course)! I love how this journey has called me to bring so much attention to my actions and how I spend my time. I have reaped the benefits of self-control almost immediately, and I am grateful for that. I recognize the lesson in everything I do. I notice the importance of every step. Every breath I take has been one in which I inhale clarity and exhale confusion. It feels as if the oxygen around me is cleaner than I remember. While inhaling and exhaling is a process I do on my own, I have acknowledged the need to step outside my own chest for easier breathing. Sometimes you will need other resources to help and assist you in your journey. And you must ask for that help, not because you are weak but because you want to remain strong. The weakest state is the one where you have convinced yourself you can do it all on your own. #sarahnsays #the21tomy21 #Day3
