The 21 to my 21: Day 9

Sarahn Says – Day 9! It hasn’t been my strongest day…or most exciting or eventful but it came at a necessary time for me. I’ve been feeling kind of unsettled, but it makes sense when I factor in my extreme diet change and my stress increase trying to manage my studies with my 21-day journey. I like to remind myself that the two things complement each other. Both are aspects of my life that are getting me closer and closer to my goals and aspirations, academically, spiritually, mentally and physically. Yet and still, accomplishing everything is not always easy, neither is moving through your day and then finding enough time to reflect on it in the way that you need to. You just have to do your best everyday, and your best is going to look different everyday. Instead of setting a standard for yourself, move in a way that is most true and authentic for you. And more importantly, know that your truth is solely defined by you, and therefore so is your day. #sarahnsays #the21tomy21 #Day9
