I know how much I love having a flat stomach! It’s nice to look sleek in your clothes and you can see and feel the effect that the food you eat has on your body. It can be very difficult to work on your abs because of the pain exercises can sometimes cause to other parts of your body. It also just burns, which is good…your body is talking to you-listen! Abs can be an easily avoidable part of your body to work out when pain to your neck and back come during your workout. I wanted to show you some ways you can work your abs while standing up, engaging your neck and back in a different way. If you take your time and move through these exercises correctly, they become a full body workout…and there’s nothing better than that. #sarahnsays
