“The 4-Hour Body” by Timothy Ferriss. This book is a 2010 guide to ‘Rapid Fat Loss, Incredible Sex and Becoming Superhuman’. Ferriss uses uncommon tactics to instruct readers on how to improve their physical health, in unconventional and effortless ways.
