For the last Sarahn Says Sundays show of 2016, I decided to do things a little differently and go through the year month by month talking about everything from my time traveling abroad to the presidential election that set the tone for this year! I asked my friends Sydni and Kaelyn to join me in the studio.
Check out this video below of me leaving my listeners with tips for the New Year! Try them out and share with friends!
Check out this second video below, of my friend Sydni joining me in the studio to talk about the months of July and August! Have any thoughts? Comment Below!
Sarahn Says Travel + Life Tip #6: Explore your creative side.
You’re living your life just like everyone else, except…you’re exploring the world! Maybe in a new book, a new job or a new relationship! If you’re like me, in a new country. So take this opportunity to explore your creative side in the process. Question your normal way of thinking and give energy to ideas that challenge the status quo. Allow outside images and words to fill your head up with exciting and adventurous possibilities. Manifest your creative side by taking down your thoughts when they come to you, no matter where you are! You can use your phone’s microphone or notes app, or carry around a pen and small notepad if you’re feeling really crafty. Explore new music styles, take a dancing class, spend some time drawing, or visit a side of the city you’ve haven’t been to yet. Discover new elements of the world as you currently know it. Exploring your creative side is a perfect way to spend your time. It strengthens your mind, expands your awareness and throws you deep into your imagination. Open yourself up to all the art outside, and allow it to inspire the artist inside. #sarahnsays
